Bryndza Podhalańska is produced only from May to September. The ewes’ milk used for production comes from ewes of the Polska Owca Górska’ (Polish Mountain Sheep) breed.

Ser koryciński swojski is a ripened cheese made from raw whole cow’s milk, to which rennet and table salt are added.
