Purchase Order

Purchase Orders shall only be binding when accepted by us. Once placed, you cannot cancel or amend the Purchase Order without our written consent. We shall assume that any person who places a Purchase Order on your behalf can make you legally-bound.

Fees & Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to delivery of any data or product. We shall invoice you, plus any taxes applicable, for fees payable by you to us,upon our acceptance of a Purchase Order. Unless indicated otherwise on the Purchase Order you will pay all invoices on receipt of that invoice.

Delivery

All market research reports would be delivered as per the agreement reached between you and Market Litmus. The delivery time, price and any customization of the research study will be as per the purchase order.

All our market reports or data sheets are sent through email in the form of word/excel/ppt/pdf documents.

Refund Policy

Please read all the information available about any market study/report before purchase. Due to the confidential nature of the information contained in our market reports, cancellation of orders or refund cannot be accepted after the report has been delivered.

You agree not to resell any part of the data you receive from us in a manner that competes with our products and services, without the express written consent of Market Litmus.
